Dr Clive Schmulian
BDS, DGDP(UK), MGDS, FFGDP(UK), DipImpDent RCS, DipConSed, FDS RCS(Ed) GDC Registration number - 68815 Clive graduated from Glasgow University in 1993 and is a partner in the Clyde Dental Group. He has been very active in post graduate education having achieved the following qualifications: DGDP(UK) 1996, MGDS(Glas) 1999, FFGDP(UK) 2002, Diploma in Conscious Sedation (Newcastle) 2004, Diploma in Implant Dentistry RCS 2007 and Fellowship in Dental Surgery (RCS Ed) 2011. In addition to his work in the practices, Clive is a Honorary Clinical Teacher at the University of Glasgow Dental School, where he helps train undergraduate dental students. Clive accepts referrals from dental colleagues for patients requiring dental implants and oral surgery / restorative care under conscious sedation, including bone grafting and sinus augmentation.
Dr Stuart Davidson
BDS Glasg MFDS RCPS Glasg GDC Registration Number – 82236 Following graduation from Glasgow University in 2003 Stuart started his career in an award winning practice in East Kilbride. This time was followed by a position held between the Oral and Maxillofacial Unit at the Southern General Hospital (which dealt with facial surgery/trauma and cancers) and Ayrshire and Arran Community dental service providing care to anxious and medically compromised patients

BDS Glasg 2012 Alistair spent several years at the Glasgow Dental Hospital where he gained practical experience in many of the dental specialities and the most recent advances in their respective fields.

Alan is a great dentist. Friendly, reassuring, professional and he never seems to be in a hurry.
Alan is lovely and took into consideration my illness I had a collapse and ambulance had to be called the staff and Alan all helped had I thank them very much and now I'm being sent somewhere that will help with my needs the only problem is and no fault of Alan is the times between appointments thank you

Hello everyone!!! I have been here for a dental treatment a few years ago. The results of this people's treatment have changed my life drastically. They have done a few amalgam filling which they described as "silver" feeling which has caused a tremendous change in my life" not in a good way " . The so called" silver feelings" which contains Mercury ( it's highly poisonous to humans) have caused me : - hair loss; anxiety and depression; memory loss and other complications that absolutely destroyed me for many years. Excellent dentist with good manners and very approachable. The staff are very welcoming and efficient whilst being interactive with the patients. Every visit has been as much of a pleasant experience as it is possible at a dentist.
Alan McKinnon the dentist is very professional but also very approachable and puts you at ease. He explains every step of the way of what treatment is required and what is involved in the treatment plan. The practice itself is modern yet not overly clinical in appearance and all of the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Sadly since Covid the dentist has been awful, not the receptionist fault or staff, they just don't have the full time dentists anymore I was seen by a Temp Dentist a couple weeks ago and you could see he was overwhelmed with work and not a happy bunny and he really did not seem to care about my teeth just quickly getting the job done, they need full time Dentist staff again, make Alva Dentist great again ❤... A lovely dental practice whom I have been with for years. Very friendly staff and a clean safe environment. Sadly my dentist is leaving. The practice seems to be going towards more private treatment now. Which is a shame for locals who cannot afford to go private.
