I’ve been here first time and I am extremely satisfied with Grasslands dental clinic. Front staff is amazing. My hygienist Olena is great. I will highly recommend this office to everyone. Thank you for your professionalism.

I made an online booking providing all the required information on this website and received a notification email saying that an appointment has been requested - no further communication. I also receive an online booking 'Schedule your appointment' notification that specifies the date, time, insurance details, etc but that wasit! no further communication. So I arrive at the clinic and the reception had no record of my appointment request. Complete waste of time and shockingly inefficient appointment booking system. I recommend that anyone using this dental group's online booking tool to book directly with the clinic instead. Definitely recommend this clinic ! Very nice staff and doctors. They were able to answer any questions I had and made it feel a lot less scary then I thought it would be.

Incredibly friendly and welcoming staff both front and back staff. The place is very clean and the equipment is well kept. Easy to get to, and ample (free) parking available. Very appreciative of the email and text appointment reminders. Plan to stay at this clinic for a very long time. :-)

This was my first visit to the office. I found all the staff friendly, efficient, and professional. Everything from the booking of the appointment, to intake paperwork, the treatment itself, to the briefing on follow-up steps and billing process went smoothly.
