Allied Connect Varsity Lakes

For a company that is supposed to be about health, they clearly don’t care about anyone’s life on the road. I see their car to often with a young female driver with their head down at their phone whilst driving and almost crashing in to the back of people. Happy to add proof of photos to this review if they deny it. Already reported to the police too.... (Show more)

Unfortunately as someone who works in the aged care industry and provides a lot of work for Allied Connect I find that Allied Connect will never take responsibility for issues, will not confirm at times appointments and when the client is not aware and misses it they will charge the client, no communication internally regarding client schedules and intervals of services. Allied Connect can be a very great and accommodating company and very friendly (if you speak to the right person) but the lack of responsibility and communication make sit difficult.... (Show more)
