Wonderful dentist practice….really friendly and officiant staff and great service…. I was seen by a lovely dentist who definitely made me feel at ease …so please I’ve found this place 😉 …

I have been a patient here for almost 30 years (starting with Mr Roele when he was based in the town centre) and even though I moved away I still go here for my dentistry. I have always found caring personal knowledgeable service in a calm environment.

Always great to see David, I have complete confidence in him and his excellent work... just had a check up and alls well. Also saw the Hygienist, a new one as Annie ( who is always great to see too) was away, sorry not sure of her name.. but she was great, Happy to see her again....did a great job and showed me which teeth I hadn't been cleaning properly. Best dentist by far hands down. On holiday needed a dentist within a matter of hours all issues and problems sorted. Needed hospital they had in hospital as a matter of urgency little wait time. There communication through-out the whole process was impeccable. Thank you to alliance dentistry Ludlow. All the help has been much appreciated.

I visited the practice for the first time needing an emergency appointment and could not be more impressed with the treatment received from the dentist and reception staff. Professional, friendly and efficient. Very highly recommended.

Absolutely superb experience. Needed some involved procedures and treatment. I am severe sight impaired (blind) and they more than took my needs on board in respect of this, and my anxiety at visiting the dentist. I felt I was treated like an individual and not ‘just another patient’ by both Michael Teft, and his chair-side nurse and assistant, Lisa Crook. Superb experience, and the after-care and telephone calls from them to be sure all was going well have to also come in for praise and due recognition. I don’t ever write reviews, until today!! I’m not a big fan of going to the hygienist purely because I don’t like being poked, and prodded, and nervous . But today was a really good experience both Annie, and the nurse ( sorry didn’t see her name) put me at ease, very professional explaining everything as they went about their work! I had the same dentist since childhood and was nervous about finding a new one when I moved here. I feel very fortunate to have found these guys on the first attempt, I prefer them to my old dentist of 30 years already after a few visits.

I tried for months to find a dentist and then came across this one. Fantastic customer service, a professional and friendly practice. From the receptionist, to the dentist I saw Michael, and hygienist Honor with her great playlist, plus the fabulous nurses. I have to travel half an hour in the car from Wales when I have one 2 minutes walk from my house. It's worth the mileage. I can't tell you how much better my teeth and gums feel finally!! I'm really pleased to have found this practice. The staff are lovely and friendly and go out of their way to help and make sure you receive the best treatment possible.
