Great experience at All Things Physio! Andreas was fantastic in treating my shoulder injury, and I’m now back to my training stronger and pain-free. Definitely recommend Andreas for quality physio care!

I’m very grateful to Toby at All Things Physio who has been working with me through multiple biomechanics issues/lack of core strength and back and nerve pain that have been preventing me from running and moving pain-free. Toby is highly experienced and knowledgeable and is always extremely thorough in diagnosing any problems. He explains everything very clearly and is unfailingly positive, kind and encouraging. Highly recommend to anyone needing physio treatment.

I worked with Toby on a suspected bulging disc around my L4/S1. What separates this team is their approach to narrowing down the problem, providing the right plan and not overcomplicating it, whilst using the right detail around measurement of progress to get results. Very grateful to Toby and Andreas for getting me back to normal.

I have rehabbed 2 acl tears with multiple physios before and Andreas and the team is hands down the best physio I have ever used. Andreas made sure to be curious, efficient (no endless list of exercises that takes forever), design the rehab to my lifestyle and schedule and made objective measurements that we could use as a barometer for progress. He would also communicate with coaches at motion so my workouts could be tailored with my rehab needs in mind. BEST IN THE BUSINESS. Thanks so much !... (Show more)

Great experience at All Things Physio. Andreas has treated a range of niggles I was experiencing and got me to a level where I can train hard, without any concerns of injury. Highly recommended.

I’ve being seeing Andreas for various different injuries over the last few years. His knowledge & understanding to help treat & rehabilitate these injuries has been amazing. As well as great manual therapy techniques, I was impressed with the rehab programmes I would be sent home with and these were really beneficial in the speed of my recovery. Andreas has been understanding in the want for me to continue training whilst having these injuries, and put a lot of effort into working with me so that I could continue to train without hindering the recovery process. I would highly recommend!!!... (Show more)

I developed a hip injury from running a few months back so got in touch with Andreas and he was quick to give me an appointment. His initial assessment was thorough and he quickly identified the issue which was essentially one leg was stronger than the other and working a lot harder which resulted in the injury. He gave me a clear plan and slowly added more exercises as I improved until I was healed. My ultimate goal was to get my fitness back to where it was and complete a half marathon I'd signed up for. I was able to do it and I managed to get a sub 1:30 PB! So all round I'm really happy and couldn't recommend All Things Physio enough! Thank you Andreas.... (Show more)

Andreas is a font of knowledge and has been a great help in getting me back up to my previous fitness level. And given me a way to maintain it for my future climbing adventures – many many thanks.

Andreas & the team at All Things Physio have been absolutely amazing. Andreas has helped me navigate two of the most serious sports injuries I've had - and guided me (very patiently) back to full fitness again. I really could't recommend him more.

Andreas’ expertise fixed my back pain. I was experiencing lower back pain that was a suspected herniated disc injury that was affecting my ability to exercise. Andreas over the course of several months got me to a point where I now experience no pain when exercising. I’m really grateful for his help!

I saw Andreas for a lower back disc bulge. Despite having other opinions that had suggested a mild injury, Andreas quickly assessed my injury to be more serious and gave me appropriate exercises, and an accurate time scale for recovery. He liaised with my coaches after every session, and provided me with a written training plan so that I could continue to train around injury, whilst being safe. If it hadn't been for him, I don't believe I would have recovered nearly as quickly. Not only was Andreas efficient and quick to respond to any query, he was reassuring, kind and compassionate towards my situation and went above and beyond to ensure I recovered as quickly as possible. He is clearly very experienced, and I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to him again in future if needed.... (Show more)

At the beginning of 2023 I was diagnosed with a fairly significant medial meniscal tear of my left knee. Not only did the staff at All Things Physio diagnose my severe meniscus tear prior to me having an MRI but they have helped me to fully recover and return to my previous level of activity. I was given new and challenging exercises to complete week by week, thus building my muscle strength in the areas that were required. Every exercise has been beneficial, leading to steady improvement over the months. I have just completed my physio treatment from January to September and I am now back to running and sprinting as I was before the tear. I appreciate Andreas for providing dedicated and caring guidance throughout my rehabilitation journey.... (Show more)

Andreas at All Things Physio has helped me recover from a long standing injury that I thought I'd just have to live with. He paced my exercises so that my recovery was steady but consistent, and took into account how much I could practically fit into my life with a toddler at home. He's friendly, listened carefully to how the injury was impacting my life and I always felt like I was in safe hands. Highly recommend!... (Show more)

I'd been to probably 5 physios with a back pain prior to meeting Andreas. All of them helped a bit, but the result was short lived, and symptoms were coming back a few weeks later. I didn't have many expectations tbh and went just because I had a private insurance. However, exercises that Andreas assigned really helped and I have no pain whatsoever anymore. Yes, I need to keep doing these exercises until the end of my days to keep my back muscles strong and flexible, but it's definitely better than pain. And also, what I liked with his approach, that he measures every step of the way. It's not just "How do feel today? Better? Good.", it's more "On your first visit you could turn for 85 degrees today 2 weeks later you can do 95 degrees. Good!". It's always better when you visually can see your progress.... (Show more)

Andreas has been great. I needed help with imbalances and weakness left over from previous abdominal surgery which were causing me issues when trying to get fit/exercise again. He took a very structured approach and I particularly liked the fact that we could really keep track of progress through detailed measurements etc that were taken and compared each visit. He was knowledgeable, friendly and helped me to achieve what I wanted.... (Show more)
