Visited All Smiles clinic related to corrosion of teeth. I am extremely happy with the treatment I received from Dr. Trivikram. I needn't hide my smile anymore. I underwent Orthodontic Treatment (Metallic Braces Treatment) by DR. K. SRUTI at All Smiles Dental- cosmetic dentistry. Very professional and skilled Doctor. My first consultation was with Dr. K. N. TRIVIKRAM RAO. Dr. K. N. TRIVIKRAM RAO took the time to explain the details of what my treatment plan was and the “why behind the what”. Great job! DR. K. N. TRIVIKRAM RAO and DR. K. SRUTI is so thorough and informative, and lets you know every step of the way what’s going on so there are no surprises. Orthodontist Dr. K. SRUTI is Very efficient, Very calming, as well. I had gone to the clinic for my daughter's teeth alignment. Very bitter experience at this clinic. Dr. Trivikram told that in orthodontic treatment, there is no guarantee after the treatment that the teeth will not come back to its original position as the teeth have a memory. He mentioned that after the treatment, the retainers will have to be put for at least 2 years or even lifetime. In case of Smile treatment, the original teeth will be lost permanently and this treatment has a life span of ~10 years post which the treatment has to be repeated. He asked me to consult Dr Shruthy for orthodontic treatment first and after that he will explain the Smile treatment. The only thing that Dr. Shruthy mentioned is braces is possible. It looks like she is inexperienced and doesn’t have much knowledge. The cost of the 4 different types of braces were provided by the receptionist and not by the doctor. Pros & Cons about each type of braces were not explained at all. The prices of the braces were costly compared to outside. When I went back to Dr. Trivikram and asked him about the Smile treatment, his attitude itself had changed. He just mentioned that Smile treatment is more expensive than orthodontic treatment. However, Dr. Trivikram mentioned that only by looking at the 3D Xray, he will not be able to tell anything. I will have to get a lateral X-ray done (~ Rs. 2000) and a modelling of the teeth done (~Rs. 4000). Only after which he will be able to tell any more details. This means that any customer who spends ~Rs. 8000, will get some information from the Dentist. The customers who only pay consultation fee of Rs. 800, will not be given any information. Moreover, the customers time is not at all given any importance. We had an appointment for 10.30 am. When we enquired with the receptionist, she mentioned that the doctor is available. There was not a single customer in the clinic. We were finally called in at 11.40 am after 3 customers came. This is just to make an impression that the dentist is busy. My advice is please do not get influenced by just the ratings and reviews. I too went here after I went thru the ratings and reviews. But after visiting the clinic, I have realised that we should never go by ratings & reviews, especially for medical treatment. I am very happy with the orthodontic treatment my son has done here. Orthodontist Dr Sruti is very efficient and warm. We were made comfortable through out the treatment duration and post treatment follow up was also very good. Recommended for orthodontic treatment for your kids.
