I've been seeing Amy since September and she has helped me massively with my back and other issues from day one. If you have anything from back pain to headaches the team can really help, I can't recommend them enough!!

I was very impressed with Zara's knowledge and professionalism after my initial assessment and treatment. I'm feeling more mobile and in less pain. Would highly recommend.

I went for my first appointment last week as after zillions of massages, relief from back and neck pain just felt temporary. From the minute I arrived, I was met with genuine warmth and a complete diagnostic was carried out to ensure key areas were identified and safety protocols observed. Everything was explained comprehensively and I knew what to expect. Zara applied a number of techniques to help alleviate the pain including; releasing pressure in my neck so that I could move more freely. I can only describe that as AMAZING! All these years I gave struggled with neck and back pain and after my first appointment, I felt some relief from it. I received advice on better spinal care and am seeing results based on this. A Chiropractor is not just for persons of a particular demographic; they are there for anyone who wants to improve their spinal health. Prices were fair - £65 for full assessment, diagnostic exam and treatment and follow ups £45. Discounts provided on bundles use 6 sessions etc. Without a doubt, I would highly recommend Zara as a qualified, committed, knowledgeable and experienced health professional and am looking forward to my next session!... I had been suffering from lower back pain for a while. I found Align Spinal Health from a Google search. Read the reviews and was looking forward to getting back to normal and being able to do my day to day jobs. Zara was very friendly and explained everything really well. I have had back, hip and leg pain for a while now. My GP referred me to NHS physio, he suggested exercises that gave no further relief than doing my yoga classes. So I decided to give this a try, I have had two chiro sessions now and the pain has improved massively, 75-80% relief. My body feels more balanced and free-er. Highly recommend. Priceless in fact.... Zara is a fantastic chiropractor. I thoroughly recommend her. She explained everything in detail and what treatment I need.

I have had severe back pain for over 3 weeks resulting in hospital admission, I was given strong pain relief with some effect. Visited Align Spinal Health today because i have used Chiropractors previously with effect. Meeting Amy today she was thorough, knowledgeable and caring. I started treatment with zara because a back injury i had was making it difficult to go to work and carry out normal day to day tasks but after just a couple months of treatment I feel much better as though it was never there. Would 100% recommend for any back problems
