I have been a patient of Alfa-Dent for many years, under the care of Dr. Szczepan Czarniawski, and I will recommend the services of this Center to anyone!!! Why??? First of all, full professionalism, very good contact with the patient and friendly service. After two visits to Alfa Dent with Dr. Sulima, it turned out that the tooth, which was theoretically supposed to be extracted, had been saved. I am disappointed and disappointed. 10-minute consultation for PLN 150. and refusal to perform the wisdom tooth removal procedure. The same procedure was easily performed by another dentist. Judge for yourself.

I must say that the dentist is very nice. Extorting unnecessary costs that were not needed anyway. The first one was chipped a little bit and I have a patch with a darker filling covering half of the tooth and there is sediment collecting around the filling. Fraud! Give a wide berth! I paid over PLN 30,000 for prosthetic work that crumbled after a week. I was able to beg (which is strange) for a 1/4 improvement, which ended up falling apart anyway. CZERNIAWSKI said it was my fault! ....because maybe I have bruxism or there is no support. I have been living in this world for many years and I do not have bruxism!!!!! And when it comes to support, he performed a panoramic radiograph at the very beginning of the treatment!!!! . The clinic works on a piece by piece basis!!!! One big failure!!!!!! They give a two-year warranty, but if something happens to the teeth, it's a waste of money!!!!! And if you demand improvement of your work or reimbursement of costs incurred, they threaten you with a lawyer. There are really no words. Total lack of professionalism and respect for patient rights!!!!!! And the best thing is that when I called last week because my teeth had completely crumbled and I knew I had a 2-year warranty, Czerniawski told me that he had ended his cooperation with me. Haha good. So the idea is to steal as much money from the patient as possible, and if something goes wrong, it's the patient's fault! This is the height of insolence, rudeness and fraud. 5 years after I had my tooth treated with a root canal (I would like to add that it was corrected 3 times because I was still complaining about the pain), the tooth became infected, it turned out that the canal was still not cleaned and now I am waiting for an implant.
