Started on time, was mindful of my concerns, and did an excellent job of cleaning my teeth. I have been going to the Alaska Center for a number of years now and really appreciate the care and assistance from both the dental and administrative staff.

Firstly, I have a habit of waiting for pain to just go away on its own and, for the most part, it does. But there's those wonderful times that it doesn't and things quickly go bad. Worsening matters is that no one ever shares your new found sense of urgency. Ever, almost. I had a molar turn quite angry on me and I let it go for 11 days before doing a Google search for emergency dentistry in Wasilla Alaska. These folks were second on the results. Should've been first. I was in the chair in a matter of just hours and walked out on my own. That was 24 hours ago. The antibiotics have killed enough of the infection for the pain, that once covered my entire lower-right jaw, to be nearly gone. No pain killers required! Dr. Oudin always does right by me. I’ve (unfortunately) had to have several root canals and more fillings than I can count, and he always gets them right and I leave feeling so much better every time. It’s a lot easier to tackle dental issues quickly when I know what I need done is going to be done correctly, professionally, and with empathy. A very professional, patient, and caring staff here all around. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else in the valley.... (Show more)

My first visit was a really good experience.They were able to get me in as a new patient right away and develop a dental plan that works for me. Staff is both courteous and professional, the customer service was excellent.

Everyone was friendly and listened to my concerns,explained in a way I understood. I am usually uncomfortable going to dentist especially since it was a first with this practice I had a good experience all around!
Very kind and friendly people here. It is never exciting to go to the dentist but ACD has a very friendly atmosphere and it is always a pleasure to come here.The people in this place are top notch. The x ray specialist was the fastest ever and had a great conversation (when my mouth wasn't full of dental equipment :) with the hygenist. Makes me look forward to my next appointment!... The people were super pleasant and explained everything to me. They answered all my questions and walked me through what needed to be done and what I needed to watch for. Best cleaning I have ever gotten.
Quiet waiting room, courteous staff and they have always been great in explaining procedures, post care and follow-up
The people are nice enough but their work quality is lacking. I hate to give negative reviews but I need to say it. I had my teeth removed and went to dentures. All went well till I got my dentures, they promised they'd stay in. And I figured that would be the truth because when they made a mold, it was hard to pull it out. It had great suction! When I first put the new dentures in, they had no suction and dropped right out. What was the use of making a mold? The dentures are heavy on top of that and the teeth are all the same. They look unnatural. When I complained, I was ignored. I should've went with another dentist.... (Show more)
My family had been going to Alaska Center for Dentistry for almost 10 years. The office staff is always friendly. You are able to get an appointment when needed. The dentists are all caring. I don’t feel like the push procedures you aren’t ready for.
More or less emergency treatment, well done!
First time visit, staff was very competent with getting me established and handling insurance. The procedure with Dr Self went very well and she understood my situation completely. This will be my new dental clinic after moving to the valley.
