Tracy Brown arrived our clinic, which has been there for 29 years, on 26.07.2023 at 18:50. Whole upper face botox (150€), masseter botox (150€), Lip filler (225€) and Youth Vaccination Treatment (150€) was applied to her. She read the confirmation form and signed it, agreed with the price and purchased those treatments by using her credit card Pin before the treatments. Total amount was 20.150 TL equivalent to 675 € according to the current exchange rate. (1€ = 29,8518 TL) While preparing a new Botox flacon to be used, 2,5 ml %0.9 isotonic NACL is added into it. This procedure is the same all over the world. This preparation is made in front of the patient. Barcode of the filler Juvederm Ultra 3, which was used for lip filler, was pasted on the confirmation form. After the all procedures, she left the clinic satisfied with her lip filler. She was informed that botox result cannot be seen immediately after the procedure. As of 21:58, she started sending slanderous and threatening messages. She started with accusing us of stealing her 1000TL (29 pound) from her purse. Then, she continued with accusing us of cheating her while taking the payment. And she demanded of a refund for all payment. In her messages she kept treating us with making an accusing comment on Google, calling the police, calling her bank to cancel all payment. We will do what is necessary in line with the recommendations of our lawyer in the face of this situation of slander, threat and defamation of our instution. Our hairtransplant patient was just leaving when she arrived at the clinic. In our 29 years experience, we have never faced such kind of a situation before. We are not in need of anyone’s 29 pounds. In his 33 years experience, our doctor has a successful career of thousands of patients. she stayed for approximately 40 mins at our clinic. What a coincidence that she faced all those things in 40 minutes.

Dear Dafna, Botox needs 3 weeks to see the final result. As I remember, it hasn't been 3 weeks yet. You may contact us to check your botox and make a touch up. As it is visibly seen in your before pic, the lines are too deep to disappear with just botox. Our doctor informed you that you also need filler for that frown area before the procedure. Regards

Dear Sir, Your operation was done on 24th August 2022. 4700 grafts were transplanted in a period of 9 hours,by a team of 1 doctor and 4 nurses. After the operation, you were smiling to the camera with the doctor in our clinic. Two days later, you turned back to your country, and asked for a 330 € payment back for the swollen sending us your paypal account(swelling is quite normal in the first days of post-op period.) We replied that we can't pay anything back as it wasn't a complication. After 33 days, you cannot say that it was a bad job. As we have already informed you, the final result will be visible after 6-12 months. It's too early to put the blame on someone. Please share your before and after photos on 24th February HERE!!!
