The best hospital with doctors, treatment, housekeeping, nurses, and all the employees. Thank you from the first time I entered the hospital. Very good hospital, good staff , very clean . A special appreciation to Mr. Bilal Odeh ( Emergency reception) He went out of his way to help us and help others, though the Emergency room was full but he was so calm, professional, helpful and did a great job. A big thanks to such a great gentleman.

Delay by the nursing staff in meeting the patient’s need for medications and other things. For example, the staff was requested to install an intravenous needle, and the need was not met until an hour and a half later, because there was no qualified staff on the floor. This is one of the problems that we faced, which made the nurses wait either for the head nurse or for the department nurse. One staff was Rude, I had to wait few hours for the shift to change in order to get the drip back on Yesterday they forgot to bring my breakfast with the rest Same day they forgot my dinner as well In both cases I had to ask for them and wait over an hour to get them not that the food is that edible but had to drink my medicines with them It is sad because this hospital did reached its peak for a long time and was one of the best hospitals in town Unfortunately we have lack of consistency and now going down the . . .... I made a surgery there 2017, it was very clean and comfortable. Every year I do blood tests in their laboratory. It's an excellent hospital, and very hygiene.

I went to the hospital yesterday due to extreme fatigue The emergency doctor was very cooperative and treated the case professionally He requested 2 specialist doctors to confirm the diagnosis Their opinion was all the same After I visited a private clinic, the diagnosis was the same, and the emergency doctor was still more cooperative and knowledgeable than the specialist I saw outside the hospital. Terrible doctors in the ER. Very disrespectful and intolerant to the patient’s requests. Medication prescribed is incompatible with the diagnosis. I felt cheated and treated very unprofessionally. Only good thing I recommend is the lab, otherwise the service is horrendous.
