A very friendly receptionist who was attentive and polite. She was very friendly and even gave me some advice to stop me worrying about being late.
It has collapsed as a functioning service. This is the worst of the worst.
Worst experience ever in a medical practice. Stay away!!!!!
Seriously avoid. Requested an urgent appointment and by the time theyâd got back to me to organise a phone appointment which was 4 days later, I had already been and gone to A&E as my condition had got so bad. Not to mention the doctor also never called me for the phone appointment, and when I told the receptionist this they responded with âthey probably did call youâ, which was very condescending considering I was waiting by my phone all afternoon for the call. They also seriously messed up my repeat prescription (which Iâd asked for a week in advance), to the point where I was frantically calling 111 to try and get it on the last day before I needed it. The practice didnât seem to care and I was given the wrong information by multiple people on how to obtain it. I told them I was now having to order an emergency repeat prescription and I needed them to approve my request asap. They said they would approve it once Iâd sent them some more information which theyâd asked for at the last minute. I called again shortly afterwards and they were now closed for staff training. They didnât mention this beforehand and I had to get my request approved by an emergency doctor from outside of the practice which was horribly stressful. A lady called âKHADIJAâ maybe it is a fake name the receptionist she is very rude and she gave me a number. Which was supposed to be for dentist instead it was for a travel company . Second time I called to tell her it was wrong number she said thatâs what she could find . I told her that next time to be careful with such mistakes and she banged the phone . If they are not happy and sound miserable and tired whatâs the point please assess their mental health.... (Show more)
Best dental surgery I've ever been to, excellent practice led by a very skilled, friendly and compassionate dentist and his assistants.I highly recommend this exceptional clinic to Lambeth residents.
Worst doctors I've ever been too - boarder line dangerous. They've prescribed me the wrong medication twice - penicillin which I'm allergic too and then prescribed me an overdose of antibiotics, and then and messed up my cervical screening by loosing my sample. There needs to be a serious review by the NHS of this place.... (Show more)
Nobody knows what's going on. Given the wrong information several times about how to obtain a repeat prescription. Run out of meds then told I've emailed the wrong inbox, but I also need another consultation to get the meds again. Literally asked several times what the process is and got nowhere fast. Have also been waiting for a screening for 8 months for something else, after sending some initial paperwork, and told to wait 6 months so have been chasing since then. Bc apparently it takes 8 months to read some forms. Absolute sheeeeet show... (Show more)
As with many other reviewers mentioned, 'why is this medical centre even exist?' Whilst many GP practices use telephone consultation process, this medical centre required you to wait for a few days until 'available' GP to call you, then once the phone consultation takes place and if they deem 'necessary' they will schedule you for a visit further down the line! In short, by the time you actually see your GP in person, potentially it could be for days/weeks after your first call to the reception. Not to mention, more than often, Doctor failed to call at the agreed time slot, I ended up having to call reception to complain about this and then 'rebook' another telephone consultation. Over the time, I have received more messages from this medical centre about the notice of the closure for 'staff training' than I was ever able to visit the centre. What kind of medical centre close on the regular basis for 'staff training' when they rarely see any patient? There should be an official investigation into this medical centre for its practice and service. Avoid this place at all cost.... (Show more)
If I could give no stars I would. They have doctors that donât even know how to speak to unwell patients properly and receptionists that are oblivious to everything! Mad an appointment for myself and my sick 4 year old, my luck I ended up getting this horrible doctor called Ali Ruiz! He had so much attitude after being on the phone for only 6 minutes he was saying that I just donât want to do anything myself and just hanged up. In the end he didnât even call back in regards to my sonâs appointment! Iâll definitely be changing GPS! Itâs funny because this isnât even my first problem but after this I am done. If i could rate it minus I would worse doctors ever and the way u have to tell the receptionist the hole of your private life before you can get a call back from the doctor is very upsetting they might as well give u the diagnosis. The doctor lack on empathy and compassion and one even told me that there wasn't anything wrong with me when there clearly was. Made me feel like I was wrong for asking for a sickness for time off from work for mental health reasons like they was my employer and I was lying it's very upsetting... (Show more)
I would sooner be strapped into a hospital bed in a private room with Harold Shipman, than have to endure the âbedside mannerâ of Dr. Neville again. An odious man who really ought not to work with people when itâs clear he doesnât like them. Talked over me, belittles you, made out I was being hysterical when I wasnât, perhaps heâs really bored at home and takes it out on the sick that come to visit him? Ghastly... (Show more)
I'm lucky enough to have private medical so only use the surgery for referral letters and sick notes and they can barely get that right! I had long covid and was off work for 9 months but got treated at a private clinic and they got me back to normal. But I had to speak to a gp before they would sign me back on to work. I was asked what my symptoms were and I said that at a time I couldn't make it to the toilet without gasping for breath and was sleeping 18 hours a day due to fatigue. He replied that it sounded like I wasn't trying hard enough! I asked him if he read my notes (he hadn't) then told me he was sorry and didn't know anything about long covid (clearly) I told him it wasn't his problem and to just to write up a fit note. I had to explain to him how to fill it out! Asked for it to be emailed but he didn't know how to use email but would find someone who could. Waiting 3 days then just downloaded it from the NHS app.... (Show more)
Dirty, useless, unsympathetic, irresponsible, made my partner go into withdrawal and refused to help him.
Neglect and abuse of disabled people. I have a severe chronic illness that has left me in a wheelchair. The GP here told me I am simply not trying hard enough to get better, despite me taking all medication prescribed, engaging in therapy and asking for referral to a specialist service. I was left in tears at being denied a referral for vital healthcare for my disability. This is not how you treat disabled people. I was horrified. Avoid this practice at all costs.... (Show more)
The worst medical practice I have ever attended. Firstly going to have stitches removed the nurse managed to re-open the wound and blamed it on the dr who had previously put stitches in. I then had to revisit to make sure no infection on the wound the nurse had opened. At this visit I was refused medical attention as I didnât have my own bandage or dressing, this had never been communicated or a previous problem, I had to leave not even being seen and left with risk of infection... Worst doctors in England I would say! Waiting months for an appointment, after finally getting a call back from a âso called doctorâ it was fair to say he didnât have a clue what heâs talking about then he RUDELY hung up on me. Now Iâm sitting here for 20 minutes now listening to the phone say âyou are first in the queueâ SMH! I will be changing doctors ASAP!!! ^^ Logged on today to leave a review and saw this message above. This was a review that I was meant to leave over 1 year ago and obviously got distracted. Lemme add to that! Again!!! rude reception staff, managers with no common sense. They never ever have appointments available and every two weeks I get a text to say that they are closed. Not to mention they do not have 1 qualified doctor. ALL DOCTORS ARE TRAINEES, reading symptoms from google! They never ever upload my appointments or conditions onto patient access but always tell me to log in to it which makes no sense as there is no information there for me. They've now issued me with an Zero Tolerance warning after getting frustrated with the receptionist for giving me BAD advise that could course me to lose over ÂŁ1500. Bare in mind they could not call me back when I called them this morning however, they found time to send me a zero tolerance letter. I find that VERY FUNNY! Spending too much time trying to keep patients in check instead of trying to attend to their health problems. I mean which are they getting paid for?? Awful practice!! They breach data and patient confidentiality! Stay far they donât care about your health & their receptionist have zero customer service. If you have children do not take them To Dr Remi he shouldnât be allowed to practice. This surgery needs to be closed down!
