Nice saloon to go to for beauty makeover:)

Wouldn't say top notch, but the service is on point, and the people working there are really helpful and polite. Disclaimer: I only tried several things here and would definitely recommend a relax massage. You'd have to consult regulars for a detailed or specific need.

I had two treatments. Firstly I had a massage which was average. The hole on the massage bed where the face needs to be positioned was covered. I told the therapist that the hole needs to be open and the face needs to be there. I had to ask for a pillow which she first was tentative, I was insistent and then got the pillow. I won't be having a massage there again. The second visit was anti aging facial treatment and was a great experience. Shameful, shocking and by far the worst experience in my life (with the petite brunette receptionist in the studio in Aerodrom, street Bulevard Jane Sandanski.) I have been using Afrodita for 2 years now. I always book online, and I get a confirmation of the time, price, and the name of the person that will do the treatment. Today, when I came in, I was first rudely asking who I was and what part of my body did I wanted to wax! Then I was told that I, in fact, I booked for 12th Sep, not 11th Sep. When I showed my confirmed reservation for 11th Sep, at 19:40, with Valentina, the receptionist told me she got the name wrong and she was looking at a different reservation. Then, she said that I was actually supposed to prepay online and that my reservation wasn't valid. I tried explaining that for 2 years now I always book in advance from abroad and always pay by card at the studio. But the lady was adamant that I'm wrong and she wasn't even bothered to have a second look at what possibly went wrong. She tried to convince me that she had worked there for 2 years and I could not have booked without pre paying. No one ever asked me to pre pay treatment in a beauty studio online so far. In fact, there is the option to choose when to pay when you book online in Afrodita. Needles to say I left work earlier to rush there, lost 1.5 hrs and was left unserved, shamed, and wasn't even offered another option. The cheery on the top was the receptionist confirmed that I also came late and that they work until 8pm. On their site, Google, Facebook on all social the working hrs of Afrodita and the booking options are till 9pm. Here is how you can easily lose a customer peeps! To all of you that want professionalism, think twice before booking and always call them! Worst service customer care ever ever had!! Am not an negative person but they pushed me to the negative corner ,I booked my appointment through they IG page confirmed at 1pm (manicure &pedicure) as I reached they told me it's my mistake I come early ,and I showed them the booking messages and they said may be I come back at 2pm,despite the distance I went back & minutes later they call me "to say I was right if I am still near by I come back"like OH come on now , they are waste of time and very very unprofessional .... I have used their waxing services multiple times and all I can say is that they are inconsistent no matter the hygiene (because probably it matters who of the staff does the waxing). I have been left not completely waxed and have payed full price twice - 1st time forgive and forget, but 2nd time i decided to write this review and never go back again. Worth mentioning the fact that they are the most expensive beauty salon in this region.... (Show more)

I have booked a waxing service with my sister today… despite the price and the travel distance we have decided to book Afrodita S, as the price is promising a high level standard service… however, left disappointed! Firstly I had asked for a manicure while waiting for my sister to finish but they explained that there is no availability for manicure, however they kindly offered pedicure, which I accepted. The pedicure was very basic, I have felt very uncomfortable during the whole treatment. They charge a high price, however, foot massage was not done at all.. which I was really looking forward to.. The nail paint was ok and the girls was kind however the treatment felt very uncomfortable. After my pedicure, I have my waxing appointments starting. I have asked the nail technician if I should wait for the waxing therapist to call me from the pedicure section- she said yes! However, my appointment supposed to start 16:30pm, but nobody was coming. After 10 min I decided to stand up and go to the reception. There was my waxing therapist waiting for me… obviously she didn’t know I was expecting her to call me from the pedicure section. The waxing was ok, the therapist was very kind and made me feel comfortable. The rooms are not separated completely and you can hear everything from the next door, and all the conversations going on around other rooms…. For the price I have paid, I definitely wasn’t expecting that! Very disappointed! Many many rooms next to each other, and it looks like they care more about quantity they offering quality service!
