This cretin dentist from Cluj-Napoca screwed up one of my teeth. He stuffed it with inflammation. After half a year of suffering and after many hundreds of thousands of forints had been given away, it was no longer possible to save him. The only tooth I'm missing is thanks to this counter! I requested and received treatment at short notice to treat my gingivitis. Unfortunately, I had to wait a bit longer on the spot, but after waiting, Dr. Balaton thoroughly cleaned the area around the inflamed tooth, and the next day I was left with only mild pain. Very clean dentist, Dr. Zsófia Balaton is very friendly and speaks English as well as Dr. Kolozsváry László, that explains everything in a polite and understandable manner. I was there about 2-3 years ago, doctor Kolozsváry filled 2 of my teeth. It was a terrible experience. Since he was a heavy smoker at the time, his hands smelled even through rubber gloves. Unfortunately, he already drilled my tooth, but I knew it wouldn't be good. Unfortunately, both of my teeth now have to be re-treated. He was trying to get an implant for my brother's girlfriend. It was so bad that he paid the money back. I don't usually write such a negative review, especially after 2-3 years. But now that the teeth he treated are problematic, I prefer to write. Doctor Balaton does careless and sloppy work, and her behavior is not very hospitable. I'm about 15 years older than him, but he said "Hi, I can come!" I already found this strange. After the carelessly performed tartar removal, they wanted me to pay for the airflow sandblaster at the counter, which is included in their tartar removal packages, but according to their belief, the doctor cannot use it, only the dental hygienist. They asked me to go back to the dental hygienist next week, but I'm visiting from Vienna, so I can't do that. After a few minutes, he was willing to do the work that he wanted to pay me in advance. There was no saliva extraction, no spittoon, no other rinsing option, I had to spit into my palm, my saliva flowed down my neck so I wouldn't swallow, and at the end the assistant wanted to wipe my mouth with some kind of wet cloth, but I didn't let it because it was disgusting. I left HUF 25,000 there, and at home I saw that he hadn't even cleaned the inside of the teeth. Maybe if you don't like your job or know how to use medical devices, you should change your career!
