I would like to share my recent experience at Affinity Dental Clinic, where my younger sister had her dental appointment. My sister has always been terrified of going to the dentist due to multiple unpleasant experiences in the past. However, she had a wonderful experience at Affinity Dental Clinic. Dr. Jana handled my sister's dental procedure with utmost care. She took the time to explain the process to my sister in a child-friendly manner and even cracked a few jokes to ease her anxiety. Receptionist has an attitude problem. I asked if they accept walk ins. She replied they’re already closed. Had she been more accommodating then she would’ve known I wasn’t referring to that day but she quickly dismissed me to say they’re already closed. Note that it was only past 4 at that time and they close at 6pm. The person who handles appointments is just as bad. Her only focus is for her not to have a hard time in pencilling in appointments to the client’s detriment. As a business, they don’t know anything about giving a good customer experience. I went in this clinic twice my life, 1st i had my tooth extraction and the dentist is not that good, he had trouble removing my tooth. I regularly go to dental clinic but this was my 1st time in this clinic and 1st time to see that young dentist is having trouble removing my tooth. and not just that, i was also surprised that the infection fee is worth 1000 and tooth extraction is 5600+ for 1 tooth, i was so surprised that this clinic is over price for their service. the 2nd time i went again this month only to have my oral cleaning and they charged me more than i thought again, am also not satisfied with their cleaning. they are afraid to clean my veneers which i had in other clinics. The reason i went to this clinic is because they have good reviews and never imagine its over rated. I've been in many dental clinics in my life but this one disappointed me, its not about the price that disappoint me but the service provided, their tools or machines is not also as advanced as i thought.... I just read your response to my review 7months ago. I did ask what the 1,000 is for and was given the answer of eye cover, gloves, pen. Infection control should have been in placed anyway considering it's a dental clinic whether pandemic or not. There may be "additional" infection control that merits additional fee but this should have been advised to the patients at the time of setting the appointment instead of the day of the appointment so there's no "bill shock". I have of course asked other dental clinics re any additional charges 7 months ago and additional fee differs but all less than 800 pesos. I was able to find another clinic to replace the loose bridge I had with your clinic in 2017 with implants. Hope this review helps. Keep safe.... (Show more)

My daughter and myself have been going to Affinity Alabang in the last few years. We're very happy with our dentist. The reason I'm giving a 3 star review because, during this pandemic they're charging a 1k PPE/disinfectant fee (eye cover, gloves, pen) which I think is very expensive and I feel is also opportunistic. I have booked today's appointment last Oct. 27 but they only told me about the fee this morning Nov 5. They advised me that this charge is as per their pandemic protocol as per their management. Dentists are caring and are really great at their work. The facility is clean and homy. Everyone is friendly and welcoming.

It's not a good experience. It's my first time cleaning my teeth . First problem them told me 1pm but I wait for until 1:30pm.second problem there's no price and I ask how much if I cleaning my teeth . The receptionist told me 1500p but when I finished them told me 2000p because I have many tooth stones. How did I know more or less? just the doctor told u it's depends them.... (Show more)

I wouldn't usually write a review after going to the dentist but after my visit to Affinity Dental Clinics Alabang last week I feel I must. I had a check up and an oral prophylaxis and the sheer professionalism carried out by the dentist Richelle Ramirez was of the highest standard I have ever come across. Visited the Affinity Dental Clinic in Alabang for the first time to get a routine cleaning and everything went splendidly. From the warm welcome of their secretary, Vanessa to the chic waiting room to the easy breezy cleaning of Doc. Carla - everything was perfect! They have a television set up so you can watch Netflix while you wait in the chair during your cleaning or treatment so you do not even notice time flying by. I needed to have fillings done to some of my teeth that day as well and Doc. Carla performed everything quickly and accurately making sure that I was comfortable the whole time.
