Affinity Dental Centres - Windsor

Great experience and staff were very nice and helpful except the reception was not very pleasant. There was a wonderful reception before one year.

I bean bringing my kids her for all most 5 years my kids had appointment on Aug cleaning there teeth than I got call canceled there appointment moved on Oct than I got call again canceled moved for March so pretty much my kids is over one year they did not have there teeth cleaned so my oldest boy bean complained about month ago since he removed his 4 last Wisdom teeth they found out he has an extra tooth but was told that whont bother him in future its all under his gum so I call them to book his appointment okay they took him in after 2 days I bring him there they do x-ray they said its nothing but the Dr said it's nothing there but it can be around the tooth needs to get clean around the tooth and gum than he said than the pain can go away so I thought they will do it right to way so pure kid can not have that problem or to be in pain so than his assistant told me yeah his Appointment is in March I put him in cancelation but that cancelation I bean waiting all most 2 month nothing so I was really disappointed my son can't eat in that side for past 1 month cus it hurts him and I am getting answer to wait till March so than I called health unit they where surprised about how they did not clean it for him right to way so he can be out of pain they told me u have right to go to different dentist office where my kids can get better treatment and taker there teeth before it gets worse I understand for if they can't squeeze us in appointment us adults but we are talking to about kids who can't handle the pain and making me to wait till March so finally I was told from health unit that I have right and should look right to way for new place the reason I chose them cuz it was so close to my house so finally I booked my kids for cleaning other place my kids got in in one week so hopefully my son's pain resolve by new Dr.... Affinity dental has made what can be a dreary experience at the dentist, actually enjoyable. Not only the doctors but all the staff are incredibly kind and attentive. They make you feel comfortable and are great with children (both my 8 and 5 year old). I am so grateful for their service!!
