Bad experience. No progress. Unprofessional and rude. Only profit-oriented policy of running the clinic. I don't recommend it. The patient is not their priority.

I also have a bad experience, not with the work of surgeons, but with the administration. They ordered me wrong next. I got the date by e-mail, after which they looked at me in amazement at the reception, saying that I had an appointment in Krško. When I came the second time, after examining my problem, they found that the intervention could only be self-pay. There is a filter on the "ZVEM" portal where it is evident that Estetika Fabjan has a concession contract for such interventions. Reception staff is available! I called to order my husband for an examination/intervention, they told me that one of them just canceled and that my husband can come for an examination tomorrow. The next day we arrived together and my husband could not register at the check-in machine - he was directed to the reception desk. In the reception, after reviewing the list of orders, the lady nicely tells us that her husband is ordered on March 28. I tried to explain to her what was said to me on the phone the previous day and got the answer "Your word against our word"!!!! What do they think, that a person takes time, wastes fuel just to come and lie??!! So I warmly recommend this clinic only to those who will decide on the therapy of humiliation and rudeness towards the client.... (Show more)

Worst experience of my life. Waiting in the waiting room for 2 hours + and the outcome of the operation disastrous!! After otoplasty, I got huge scars, for which I went back to Fabjan and they told me that they don't remove them. Later, another plastic surgeon (the one who cut out my scars) found their stitches in my ear!!!! I don't recommend it.... (Show more)

Very unresponsive, poorly conveying information and unprofessional communication at all. I don't recommend it.

I've been to them a couple of times, twice I brought my mother too. Always friendly and professional. Which they take the time to consider. So, just praise!

I can highly recommend this clinic, all the staff are very helpful, very friendly, you feel very comfortable there and in good hands. A world class clinic!!!!

Completely unprofessional attitude, I tried to arrange a treatment appointment, as I was advised in writing by the clinic, but the operator prevented me from talking or did not accept further calls. Due to the "BUSYNESS" of doctors in Stajje (Maribor, Ptuj, Celje), I contacted Estetika Fabjan in Sencurje. I had a referral VERY quickly and it would be my turn at the stable in November and even at the end of January 2024. At Estetika Fabjan in 4 days. At Estetika Fabjan, I was welcomed by the respected Dr. Robert Carotta. To the respected and esteemed dr. I would like to thank Carotta for his nice, polite, humane, correct and supremely professional attitude towards me as a patient and my diagnosis. Disastrous staff, unfriendly, unprofessional.. especially if you are on a referral -> constant exposure: this one is on a referral + they didn't even do everything they should have done so now we have to go once again and absolutely elsewhere... I'd rather go anywhere else than Fabjan esthetics in Šenčur - I don't even know where they find such staff in the heap... (Show more)
