I made an appointment over the phone to remove the old cinder block scar. I described in detail what it looks like, how long I've had it and where it came from. Then, when I came for my visit, I was informed that unfortunately they do not remove such scars. Oh horror, when I call and ask if they do it and they say they do, I don't get it. Overall, I paid PLN 150 for someone to tell me they don't do it. Just pure profit and fooling people. If the person working at the reception is incompetent and has no idea about the treatments, it's not good. I paid PLN 150 for the consultation. As a consolation, I received a few laser shots, where I knew in advance that it wouldn't do anything. It's like I came to the pharmacy to buy bread. I don't rate the treatments because I haven't had them, but I think the office should simply apologize and not charge for such a mistake.... (Show more)

A very modern clinic. The staff is polite and easily establishes good relationships with patients. The procedure itself was performed efficiently, the doctor ensures the patient's comfort. I really felt taken care of. We agreed with the doctor what would be done, and before the procedure, I learned the name of the preparation, its effects and post-treatment recommendations. I have known the clinic since around 2020 and everything was always very good - until I decided to undergo a lifting thread treatment with Dr. Daniel Nolberczak. The procedure was performed incorrectly, the thread comes out of the face after 4 months, causing recurring inflammation. The doctor cut the thread twice, both failed. A self-righteous man who ignores the problem, shifts the blame onto the patient, and is convinced of his own infallibility. I was disfigured, sentenced to antibiotic therapy and surgical thread removal, fortunately in a different place. I recommend Aesthetic. I had a laser removal of a tattoo on the back of my neck and a keloid after a cesarean section. The effects after 6 treatments were great in both cases. In addition to professionalism, I also recommend it because of the nice atmosphere at the reception 😉 😀
