5 star experience from the moment I walked in the door. Very professional, knowledgeable, friendly staff. The treatment was devine. My therapist, Mykeala, devised a treatment plan for my skin and explained all the various stages of the procedure. Highly recommend !
I have been going to Advanced laser light for about a year and I love the results and the staff there. They are so friendly and know what they are doing. Mykaela is just brilliant at what she does, I have been getting microneedling and peels and she explains every little detail and makes a person feel so comfortable. I’ve had lots of appointments with Mykaela . Fantastic therapist. Brilliant at her job and making you feel at ease. The new laser machine is great. I would highly recommend.
I was booked in for a facial on the 8th of December with Debora. I was in the room lying down ready to begin the facial and another therapist barged in demanding for the room to be vacated as she had a caci facial and needed the room. Debora stated the other room was in use and the therapist quite rudely stated that the caci machine was in that room and she wasn’t hanging around until 9pm to do a facial. There was no apology or excusing herself or anything. This exchange went on for a couple of minutes. It was completely unprofessional and should never have occurred with a client in the room. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I’ve had the facial before and it normally lasts 40 minutes. On this occasion it was over in 20 minutes as Debora clearly felt under pressure to vacate the room. I sent an Instagram message on Monday in regards to the incident, which six days later still hasn’t even been addressed. I rang the salon on Monday and asked to speak to the owner and was told to call the receptionist on Wednesday with any issues. I have to say it’s been an extremely disappointing experience. It was well below the standard I would expect but it’s plain to see they clearly have ZERO interest in customer service.... (Show more)

I had laser for red skin with Laura today at Advanced Laser Light. The service was second to none. Laura was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and competent. I had been using a product she recommended and found it great. She had a good insight into my skin problem and made certain recommendations which I intend to follow up on. I had my first season of laser for thread veins on my face. Everyone was very lovely and welcoming, made sure I was comfortable at all times. The laser itself was fine and I am looking forward to seeing some results.
