You wait weeks for an appointment and then only get it after two hours. I find that to be disgraceful. Unfortunately, I also found the thanks at reception to be very unfriendly.

Unfortunately I was there several times for health reasons. Great care.
I have no problems with the phone. Preferably send email. The helpers have their hands full, but find time for a smile
Really bad. I've been on hold for three hours and no one answers. After five minutes you are thrown off the line. The last DIRT!!
Telephone is really a disaster. I tried non-stop for 3 days - unsuccessfully. Then I walked right past. So something urgently needs to change.
