I really liked the high-quality medical services, and I also want to especially emphasize the help of the organizer Zhanara, very professional and effective support, advice, a very nice girl and works from the heart for the benefit of the patient, I left very satisfied, next time I’ll definitely only go to her
It's a very good place. It's expensive, but it's very attentive and relevant. The most important thing is that it has a competent professor doctor.
I scheduled an appointment because of severe stomach pain, waited 40 min past the appointment time to see the doctor. Then I waited 2 more hours to get an ultrasound, while I saw people that came later went before me. Payed $400. I recommend going to any other hospital if these conditions don't work for you. The only thing that satisfied my expectations was the <$_3> with a translator, thank you for your service. Seems like other workers didn't pay attention to my situation.... (Show more)
I have been undergoing medical examinations here since 2016, almost 10 years! Excellent service, good specialists and support. You can always get advice and there is a wide range of services. Special thanks to Alena - she works with Russian language support for her help in planning medical procedures.
First of all, you wonder what this hospital is doing in Taksim. Next thing you know, there is a "Mother/Baby Friendly" sign. Then you experience the facts one by one. The hospital is a tourist hospital. A Parole for birth takes half an hour (even though we say it 3 times), and a painkiller injection is delivered to your partner in labor, who is writhing in pain, again in half an hour. Whether you want a set of sheets or a towel, or you are hungry and want breakfast, you need to wait at least 30 to 40 minutes. So at least be a little objective and remove the phrase "Mother/Baby Friendly". They don't even provide home nurse support when you leave, unless you follow up. They are inadequate in human relations. Informing patients' relatives and managing the situation is weak.
I had a cosmetic surgery here with Dr Eyüp Bozkurt (who is AMAZING btw) December 6, 2023, and probably the best hospital experience i’ve ever had. Hospital looks really new, the rooms are large, private suites with floor to ceiling windows, big flatscreen TVs, and large private bathrooms with lovely walk in showers, overall just a <$_0>. The staff was also beyond amazing! All of the nurses were so sweet and make you feel really comfortable! Whenever I tell people about my surgery, I always tell them how amazing this hospital was as well. One thing that was especially AMAZING about this hospital was that I forgot my wallet, passport, and really expensive jewelry in room safe that i didn’t lock, and I didn’t realize until much later(likely after the room had already been cleaned because the cleaning lady had been patiently waiting for me to check out) that I had forgotten them, so my surgeons assistant called them and I went to pick it up and EVERYTHING was there. If this happened in the USA, some stuff, if not everything, probably would have been missing.... (Show more)
I had never expected Acibadem Hospital to be so clean and friendly. It is a very, very good hospital. The doctors, especially Mr. Cenk and Dr. in the Neurology department, were very interested in me. I would like to thank them all again.
dr ece sinaci is absolutely unprofessional. dr can only redirect us to another doctor. she said that we don't have any problems with genitals and we need to visit a gastroenterologist. So, the "doctor" couldn't recognize by ultrasound that the ovary has moved under the intestines. Shame to ece sinaci.
Had very bad experience here back in January. Poor communication, irresponsive staff, over priced service and unexperienced nurses. They have no idea how to contact your insurance provider. Instead they spend all the time urging you to pay. Very committed to getting money. But unfortunately that’s the only commitment they have. If you need water, expect to wait for half a day. If you need something more complicated than water, the staff will first promise you and then disappear. Expect to ask for twenty times and get nothing.... (Show more)
Even one star is too many, we arrived at 12 o'clock and waited for about 7 hours. As a result, we will be given a CD and we are waiting for half an hour for it, as if the private hospital is disgracing people with their money.
What a nice hospital. I got a rhinoplasty at Acibaden Hospital this month and I was very happy with the service and facilities of the hospital. The nurses were amazing. I pushed a button every time I needed help and someone would come very fast to assist me. My room was amazing. Everything was perfect! Thanks

Today I had my check-up with Ana, who was my interpreter, just great, dear woman, stay as you are, my sweetheart, I can only recommend you. Heartfelt human being🥰🥰🥰💋. And Professor Doctor.Karaaltin did the same, really great work and also a very big heart. We flew in from Tashkent and were met at the airport. A wonderful clinic, comfortable rooms, made it convenient for my infant child, very good medical care, thanks to the Faye staff and I wish you success in your work. ❤️

(Traumatic Brain Injury) Whether it's our intensive care team and our intensive care doctor, Filiz, who has great equipment, and the 7th floor service team, who has a wonderful staff, and most importantly, Dç, who is a wonderful doctor and human being. We were not at all satisfied with the friend who worked in obstetrics at night, as if we were going to be beaten, nor are we happy with the people working at the cash desk, as if they were forced to work. Pay the examination fee of two thousand five hundred TL and make a face. This was the last service I received.
