disgraceful staff, they argue and do not give good service, absolutely fabulous - not - they should be shut down, now reported them, for taking money for services they can no longer give. My wife has lost money because of them and we have friends the same, who will be posting also

We took money for sunbed courses before we were lockdown we had no intention of getting rid of the sunbeds but with the business how it was we were loosing money because of them every single person get there money back if they had money owing we’ve responded and refunded cash not vouchers to everyone who was entitled to and had minutes owing. The only people who have not got there money back was one person who refused to come and collect it themselves. We have never taken money for sunbeds we didn’t physically have in possession at the salon at the time. We the sunbeds were sent back due to lockdown we refunded every body.

Rude staff, swear and shout across to each other. Not a relaxing place to go to be pampered at all IMO. Treatments done well but you can't wait for it to be over and leave - also was overcharged by £7 more than told via their Facebook page
