Me and my partner had a few treatments booked prior to our wedding, they called us 8 minutes before our appointment to cancel everything, we managed to rebook somewhere else after calling what seemed to be everywhere In Perth, apparently these guys are known for doing this regularly.
Been seeing Liz for a cpl years now she is amazing at lips highly recommend
I was surprised by the result at the end by Dr saed , hands down he was the most experienced and skilled at his job. Like an art , I’m very pleased with the outcome of the job. Exactly what I requested.
In my opinion my thoughts were that Dr Murray is a used car salesman I wouldn't trust him to walk my dog nevermind do anything to my body, pressure sells stuff you don't want or need, After I posted this review, between me and my partner we had about 10 calls from these guys, every day they phoned one of us, they didn't even have my new number, so how did they contact me without stalking my social media! I was threatened with legal action basically because my thoughts/reviews about them were bad! And I left a bad review! My thoughts and how I felt about them are mine! No one has the right to attempt to cohurs you into changing your mind or review whether through threat of legal action or not, also no one has the right to harras you to speak about it. Company may have done good jobs for others, however my personal opinion is that they come accross as very shady and manipulative Just beware people and shop around! I got my lippo done at 10k less than these guys 'quoted'... (Show more)
Treatment plans were reasonable , the treatments given by nurse Suzanne were done with complete professionalism, care and with a friendly smile , would not hesitate to go back… excellent.
I have to say I was very impressed by the clinic overall. The layout was comfortable and all the staff are polite and helpful, when I saw Dr Murray I felt at ease , he is very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed without me having to really say anything. 11/10 overall experience
I had a great experience at absolute cosmetics at applecross. From beginning to end the receptionist was so lovely and down to earth, so helpful with all my questions. I have also seen Dr Syed a couple of times and not only has he hugely helped my pigmentation, he is just a genuine doctor who takes the time to listen to your needs and always so helpful, which is hard to find especially in a doctor. Absolutely wonderful! Nurse Liz is the sweetest! She is extremely knowledgeable and skilled with a range of cosmetic injections that I’ve received including: fat dissolving, lip filler and wrinkle relaxer. Nurse Liz always delivers top quality results. ACM have excelled at providing a luxury and stress free experience with all treatments I’ve undergone. I look forward to my appointments. I thought I had 1.30 pm appointment (apparently it was 1 pm) and was told at 1.15 pm that i could not possibly be accommodated. I’ve waited far longer at this business for my other appointments, so I guess business is booming and they don’t need return clients.
I had the Agnes eye bag treatment with Dr Syed in April this year. Right from my initial appointment in March he was fantastic. Gave me lots of options and a full explanation of each treatment. I decided to go for the Agnes treatment. I must say I was initially really scared as the procedure is quite invasive. On the day of the procedure he injected my under eyes with lidocaine for numbing. This was the bit I was dreading the most but I honestly didn’t feel a thing. The Agnes procedure itself is a little uncomfortable but not awful, all the while Dr Syed was reassuring me that all was going well. The few weeks following my treatment I was a bit swollen and bruised. This does subside but it takes time. Every week my eyes are looking better. I returned for my 3 month review today and the before pics are so different. I still have a good 3-6 months of healing but my eyes feel and look so much better. Bags have gone. Dr Syed is so amazing and professional.. His skill and knowledge base is fantastic. I’m returning in 3 months for another review and some wrinkle relaxers around my crow's feet to smooth out my eyes. Overall I’m very happy with my treatment.. wouldn’t go anywhere else.. I’ve also been seeing Tracy at Joondalup for wrinkle relaxers and IPL… always very happy…. I had my one week post dermal filler check up today for my lips, and the girls are amazing! Reception ladies are always so kind and helpful, and the nurse has given me my dream lips back after a long wait! I have already recommended them to my friends xx

What can I say Dr Syed is a genius, looks after his patients, very honest and great at what he does. So happy to have met him, I highly recommend him to anyone out there, that wants to feel better about themselves.
The doctor who did the laser treatment is very nice but every time I’m there it’s a very long wait. Last time I waited over 2 hours for a 15 minute appointment. As soon as I arrived the receptionist told me they were running a bit behind but didn’t say how long the wait was. She could have called me to let me know that they were running 2 hours behind schedule. I actually left work early to get to my appointment on time. I am also certain other people who arrived after me were seen before me, which I found a bit weird. I was exhausted by the time I finally got home. I’m not sure if I will be back… The office manager rang me after reading this review and offered me a complimentary treatment to apologise. She said she was going to email me the voucher but unfortunately she never did. I never received it. Again, very strange. Don’t make the offer if you’re not going to follow through 🤷♀️... (Show more)
I've been seeing Dr Syed for many years and can highly recommend him. He is highly skilled, professional, honest, patient, and the list goes on. The nurses at Absolute Cosmetics are also wonderful. I came to Absolute Cosmetics to get lip filler for the first time and I was so happy with this decision! I had wanted them for a really long time but was scared to get botched but knew that if I went with a trustworthy, well known clinic I had a very slim chance of this happening. I did extensive research before booking, weighing up competitors but kept coming back to Absolute. When booking an appointment over the phone the staff were helpful and knowledgeable, making me feel like i’m in good hands. On the day of my appointment my nurse was relaxed and reassuring and the results came out just like I wanted. The prices are reasonable and they often have deals on which I really appreciate. I came back for a refill after 6 months and Im even happier with the results now than before. Getting filler was one of the most nerve wrecking decisions Ive made but it’s also one of my best, I feel so confident and comfortable in my body and I can’t thank Absolute Cosmetics enough xxxx... I can not say a single bad word about this place. From the moment i walked in I felt very at ease. We discussed procedures very thoroughly and I chose IPL facial and wrinkle relaxers. Im extremely happy with the results and will definitely go back
I have been going to Absolute Cosmetic clinic for over 6 years now for fillers and injectables. Always very happy with the service and outcome. I have also been in a car accident, ending up with significant scarring on my face. I met with Dr Syed who came up with a scar treatment plan. He was very understanding, knowledgeable and helpful, and I am so super excited I have someone like him on my side to get me back on track!
