I had gone several times before and well, and now I had a reservation online for a dental cleaning and I found out that they won't let you do it because it has to be a checkup+cleaning for €100. And on the website it gives you the option to book cleaning only. And they didn't give me the option because it was their mistake, an answer that is their company policy. Very dissatisfied.... Good afternoon, Laura. For us, the opinion of our patients is very important and we always offer a response to clarify every situation / misunderstanding that may have arisen. We do not understand how you were able to book an appointment online for a cleaning, since our online appointment booking system only allows you to do so if the person making it is a patient (adding their phone number and requesting a PIN code that arrives by SMS) and it has been less than a year since a review was carried out (we have checked to see if there were any errors and everything appears fine to us). For some time now, by medical protocol we have required a prior review visit (+ x-rays) with a doctor if it is a new patient or a patient who has not been seen for more than a year to be able to ensure that everything is fine and that this treatment is really indicated in your case. Tartrectomies/oral hygiene are performed by hygienists and it is not among their powers to diagnose oral pathologies whose existence contraindicates treatment. We do not know what could have happened for you to claim that you had an appointment only for hygiene and we offer our most sincere apologies if there was a misunderstanding and a member of the team offered you this option without first going through a review. For us, the health of our patients is our priority and we regret not being able to offer you solely and exclusively the oral hygiene that you requested. We hope you understand our point of view. The best dental clinic there is! I met them through a friend, I had an emergency and decided to go to Abaden, and it was the best decision. The treatment from the receptionists (Lorena), the dentist (Eileen), assistants (Camila), orthodontist (Alba) and my dear Mar, is impeccable. They have fixed all my cavities, which were not a few. I had a gum trim and then a year and a half of Invisalign orthodontics. They couldn't have served me better, always resolving my doubts, treating me like another friend and giving me peace of mind by going with total confidence. They are excellent. Now I have one more step left, which is the implants and without a doubt it will be with them. By the way, obviously my family also goes to them since I met them.
