It’s been 4 months with 0 updates all they say is “in three weeks we will reopen” they’ve been lying since so long. Now I got informed by a relative that they’ve permanently closed and the doctors have moved? If that was the case then they should’ve said so from the beginning. They wasted our time especially for people with sensitive cases like braces.... (Show more)
I want to know the current sitting of Dr. Hashir. Does anyone know where to find him?
The on call guy has been assigned the duty to keep lying. Whenever you call he will say it will be open in 2-3 weeks At present no orthodontist accepting our case in Riyadh and people are left helpless without knowing their operational plans
It was expensive experience
Hospital closed since long and no other orthodontist will accept the case Hospital management should have informed us in advance to take necessary measures It has been almost four months without any treatment
Update: Eye doctor Shireen is now available at Safa Makkah Hara New location: maybe near Lulu Murabba, to be confirmed! Previous location's review: Need someone to manage at waiting area. How can people stand right in front of the Doctors door while others are waiting patiently (on chairs)for their turn! So irritating and unprofessional. There is only one person who is responsible for Xray and ultrasound, you have to wait here as well (hours)... (Show more)
Very poor and slow service, my insurance is a VIP insurance it is not required for the approval for the medicines but still they asked me to wait for time to get insurance approval

If you want to visit Dr Gyas ahmed you need minimum 3-4 hours in your hand which is very terrific experience for a patient. Visited him twice but could not able to understand delay reasons. A patient can’t wait that muchbtime outside a doctor cabin. I have been given appointment at 8:15pm and doctor Gyas see me at 10:48pm, and today i came at 9:15pm and still i’m waiting it’s 11:47pm and counting and there is only few patient, management strongly look into that matter and solve this issue please. apart from that, The best part is Dr Gyas Ahmad is a very well qualified and experienced one. Best orthodontist. Very reasonable price and best service. You can get the braces done at 900 riyals as compared to 5000-1000 in other hospitals.
Doctors good,pharmacy needs improvement.Most of the time basic medicines not available plus pharmacy attendees very rude behaviour.
When is dr M khan available? Timings please.
Tbh, this clinic is one of the best than any other I've been to in Riyadh. Dr Akif and his treatment has been very effective for my son, as have the other physicians who listen to you with time and patience. The nurses who were providing services downstairs were polite and helpful. Overall, it was a great experience.... (Show more)

Why abad clinic is not open?
Underrated clinic. Visited Dr Ahsan for my child’s high fever and was very satisfied with the calm and kind way he dealt despite having a high flow of patients. The waiting time is a bit of an issue.
Longer waiting time after booking appointment. Had to wait over 2 hours to meet the doctor. Although the consultation was good.
