The staff here are more concerned about finishing work than doing work. They accept my appointment on Saturday at 11 am, then on the day itself, called me to ask me to rush down earlier "because they're closing early". Earlier ? Than the usual half day on Saturday? If the earlier appointments cancelled, and your doctor is free to see me earlier, you should give me the option to choose to come earlier or to stick my original appointment time, not insist I rush down to accomodate your time because of your own selfish reasons. Obviously we know the clinic is half day on Saturday and YOU gave me the 11 am slot. If you're so scared our appointment will take more than 1.5 hours and you will end up working overtime, why offer me 11 am? Why would we go there and pay private healthcare prices , when the staff behave as if our time doesn't matter as much as theirs. Dr AB John may be a a fantastic doctor. But too bad I'll never know because of his staff.... (Show more)
