Hi, I was at the A clinic yesterday and met a temporary Chinese doctor, very bad doctor, rude, angry about things, doesn't answer the patient properly and doesn't listen either. I think the patient is stupid for going to the medical center.

show you hate yourself. then it is actually the best place for you. you have an appointment at 12:15 but you don't go for 13

Do not recommend this medical center. Have come here twice where the wards show up after the doctor's appointment. Experienced not being notified of canceled classes. Now our GP is suddenly no longer available on the website? Why are we not notified? Today we were supposed to have a physical consultation I was then informed that it was not correct. Really bad center. Never free time and never get confirmation of the appointment, they demand payment even though it has not been confirmed and you have never been there. Says something different on the phone than what they practice, poor customer service and treatment by doctors and secretaries. Here, the doctor and the clinic will be reported for poor patient treatment.... (Show more)

Service that is completely on the nose, doctors who give a f in what you as a patient mean and google most of it. 4 other doctors think something different from what the doctor at this center thought.

Very bad clinic, was told 4 times on the same day that the appointment was cancelled. Ambafale not at all 😡 …

On the portal I booked an appointment at 08.15 - and it says online that they open at 08.30. My GP has been impossible to book an appointment with, they never pick up the phone. Getting an emergency appointment seems more or less impossible.

Worst clinic!!!! The health secretary has no idea what they are doing there. Was sent here and there because she printed the wrong papers and when I called them they couldn't get hold of the doctor or Jeanett 👏🏼 …

One of the worst health service providers ever experienced. You are treated as a patient as you are in a third world country. I wonder how and where they received their licences. Really shameful to experience this in Norway. It starts from the receptionist and it goes all the way to the GP.

I have never experienced worse follow-up than this place. Here you are late from substitute to substitute and it is almost hopeless to get an appointment. They use an app system where you can write to the GP, but don't expect a reply. Even messages that have been read are not answered. When you call in and finally get hold of a GP, you are promised follow-up which is not kept. Absolutely miserable!... (Show more)

Never encountered anything similar

I have followed up a close relative who has his GP at the A-Klinikken. There is 0 follow-up of important test results, booking and referral to a specialist were not carried out, the premises are very uninviting. I see there are a number of other very bad reviews. I can't say I'm surprised. The GP at the A clinic has now been replaced by a new one at another medical centre.... (Show more)

Up and down

Incredibly poor service at reception and on the phone, especially on the phone, all sorts of mess and bad discipline in terms of GP arrangements. The help that one would normally get from a doctor is always lacking unless one is dying soon.

The GP is never present, double invoices and does not answer when I ask questions about this. Taking time off work to come to a blood test appointment, only to find out that the appointment has been cancelled??? Not helpful at all. Do not recommend anyone to go here.
