This place is outstanding, so i looked around for a reasonably priced place that was still high star rated and reputable. I found this 3 step smile . Although a fair distance from me I was absolutely willing to travel after my consultation. The receptionist is lovely and warm and always so helpful and my dentist Luis was amazing. He is such and artist and made my square vanners which were mis matched in colour, totally more femine and beautifuly colour matched. We did my 4 front teeth in total and I am beyond thrilled. The dental assistants were kinda and on point with their work also. I could see she was paying attention to the details and wanted them to be perfect also..the whole team Is on FIRE !!!! payment plan was reasonable and they guarantee to always be there.. the temps were beautiful 2. My husband and I went to various different dentists for a consultations on the treatment we both wanted and found that 3 Step Smiles Dental Practice was reasonably priced and was highly rated by other people. Bianca gave us the best advice. The procedure was well explained before hand and Bianca and her team made us feel very welcome. My husband and I both had treatment at 3 Step Smile Dental Practice. I had crowns and veneers fitted and I am beyond happy with the results. Bianca is a complete perfectionist her work speaks for itself. My teeth look exactly how I wanted them to. As a nervous patient I can honestly say I was completely relaxed. I felt so comfortable. She made me feel at ease from the minute I walked through the door. The whole process of my husband getting top and bottom implants was well explained as were the time frames. I can’t praise 3 step smiles highly enough they are just wonderful. I have an uncommon but quite serious congenital condition and the NHS have not been great with treatment options, so while on holiday last year I booked a consultation with Dr Felix in Spain to get another opinion. I was so impressed I had a few implants while on holiday. I was delighted with my treatment there so when I needed another implant I decided to book an appointment with Dr Felix at 3 Step Smiles rather than travel abroad. Veronica on reception was friendly and helpful and kept me informed from my first email, letting me know when I would be able to have the procedure. When I arrived the clinic is absolutely spotless and has a warm atmosphere, and equipment is all state of the art. All the staff make you feel welcome and as though you are in safe hands. Lauren looked after me really well from when I arrived until I left after the procedure and as before Dr Felix did an excellent job. The procedure took less than an hour and I happily listened to a podcast as I knew I was in safe hands. I am having a fantastic experience with such a professional team. The whole team show a lot of personal interest , kindness and they are really friendly. I arrived with lots of issues in my mouth and of course lots of worries, Blanca and the team made me feel safe and in good hands immediately. Blanca took time to explain the procedure really well, and she explains things step by step to put you at ease. I am incredibly grateful to Blanca and the team, the results are absolutely fantastic. Both the dental nurse and dentist were compassionate and caring. They made sure I was comfortable before carrying out any procedures, and spoke to me as I was a bit anxious about getting work done. Myself and my wife both attend 3 step smiles dental practice and we can’t thank them enough for their kindness and professionalism. I’ve attended other very reputable NHS and private dentists before them but 3 step smiles are a class above, they’ve correctly diagnosed and treated issues that others have been unable to They’ve also dealt with me with understanding and complete capability to fix and treat any dental problems and future care. My teeth were in a bad way. I'm a nervous patient, hence haven't been to a dentist in over 15 years! Enough was enough, I couldn't smile anymore and wasn't enjoying my food. I got up the courage & visited a few dentists for all on 6 implant quotes. I kept finding fault with them, I then went to 3 step smiles, the difference was night and day, however I still had one more dentist to visit. There was no pressure from 3 step smiles. After weighing everything up, there was no contest 3 step smiles won hands down, their professionalism, thoroughness, friendly manner, immaculate surroundings and price won me over. We got things moving & the treatment for upper and lower zirconia all on 6's began. I was still really nervous, but Lauren, Sharon & Luis must've had a calming effect on me. The surgery couldn't have went smoother, I didn't feel a thing, I still can't believe there was no pain throughout the whole process. Everyone is different, I have a very low pain threshold however, surprisingly, I had no pain whatsoever. After surgery I went back next day to get my temp teeth in. I was delighted, for temp teeth they looked great. Then I got my final teeth in and they are absolutely amazing. I forget what my mouth was like before I started on the treatment. In summary I couldn't rate 3 step smiles high enough, Lauren & Sharon are assets to the company, make you feel at ease and are lovely charming & friendly. The care provided by Luis was 2nd to none. I had been seeking the right implantologist for a few years. During lockdown i had a consultation with Blanca at 3Step Smiles. After consultation i was given a written quote. there is no pushy sales in fact It was over a year later that i took the courage to go back for the treatment. To say i was terrified was an understatement and almost didn’t go again. What a team, they really look after you. All of them have been immensely friendly and caring. Lauren, Sharon, Alba have always got a smile and reassurance for you. (Those girls will become your friends) They listen to your concerns and its not unusual to receive a text or phone call from them. Nothing is a problem. Well I am now almost 2 months post op. I have been in their treatment room a few times now and if Blanca was on holiday then Luis would see me. They seem to work as one big team. Blanca’’s confidence is reassuring and the technology she used to create my “smile” is amazing - so modern and accurate. There really isn’t any pain. I still have a temporary bridge on my lower All on 4 just now but i will write another review once i have my finals. I would definitely recommend that if you are thinking of having work done to your mouth, extensive or otherwise, why don’t you just call them, go in for a visit, i don’t think you will regret it.... After a couple of months trying to find a dentist in Glasgow that it wasn't a ripped off and professional at the same time, finally I found one. 3 Step Smiles has a great team, they are all really professional and enthusiastic in their job, bilingual team , great customer service and fair prices. Highly recommended for people as myself. I am getting an Invisalign treatment but the other places I checked the money was ridiculously high and it didn't make me feel comfortable. As I am not from the city, I was quite unsure where to go but finally I got in touch with the team and set up an appointment. They use the last dentist technology, like a teeth scanner to create my aligners. I got the final result of my smile by email before I got the aligners to double check I was satisfied with the design of my smile. If you can't decide where to go 3 Step Smiles is your place.... During the pandemic I developed a very bad gum infection. Once the restrictions were lifted my NHS dentist advised that there was a waiting list of 6 months to see a private specialist. In desperation I started to phone around and found 3 Step Smiles who could see me straight away. Bianca, my dentist there, got my gums back to being healthy. I only wish I’d found them sooner.
