Very impressive clinic with excellent customer service.

Do NOT use this company. My body has been RUINED by Dr Anna De Leo. Don’t go near them. I had to pay another £4.5K on top of the first £11k to get the job “fixed”. It’s just as bad now and the 1 Cosmetic aftercare was next to none. What’s more Dr Anna De Leo tried to make out that somehow I was the problem! Please please please go elsewhere. *1cosmetic replied on the 5th January. See below* I’m reply to their reply 5/1/22- Do not trust what they have written below. I have my surgery in July and did not leave the country till November (I have receipts). The level of aftercare was APPALLING. I have no doubt no such investigation will be made, and I now live with an incredibly ugly incredibly expensive scar from hip to hip with zero compensation. What’s more, as stated in my original post, they had the cheek to charge me for my 2nd operation. The liaison staff are NOT what you would expect from a “luxury” service. Bumbling emails and calls and quite clearly not in communication with the surgeon. I implore you again, don’t waste your time on these cowboys.... (Show more)

I had teeth whitening. Maryam was very pleasant and Professional. My teeth are not as white as I expected but will definitely use 1 Cosmetic Group again for the price! Thank you.

Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had so far, I’ve had many fillers done to my face with different surgery Clinics however none of them have made me feel comfortable like this one. Everything from start to finish was everything I could ask for if not more. I will definitely be returning here. The service was absolutely perfect in my opinion and everyone is so friendly in the process of it all.

My experience at this lovely clinic was beyond amazing. The entire team there made sure I was happy and content with my treatment. I felt comfortable and the results of my treatments were perfect. Lovely staff all throughout the practice.

Great teeth whitening service. Shout out Maryam
In June 2022 i traveled from Bahrain to London to have surgery with 1cosmeticgroup and I have to say I’m overjoyed with the results. From start to finish, it has been such a pleasurable experience. Dawn, Cherelle, and Kel have always been there to answer my calls and been very helpful with everything. During my first video consultation with Dr Choudhry, he was able to diagnose my hernia and give me confidence in his proposed plan for surgery. Although I had a long list of questions, he managed to explain and answer everything with such detail that made me feel comfortable with the procedure. This was the first time I have been for elective surgery and I had been quite nervous. However, after speaking with Dr Choudhry, I was actually quite excited and looking forward to it. Considering I was flying in from Bahrain, they were very understanding and really accommodating. They quickly worked out a date that was going to be better suited for me. This gave me plenty of time to recover over my stay in the uk and return for multiple visits. Dr Davide was the surgeon appointed to my case and I’m so glad. He did an amazing job in correcting my hernia and reconstructed my abdominal wall (which resulted from post pregnancy damage.) He is truly an artist and has such neat work. The scar is healing so well and I am confident that it’s going to be almost invisible. I’m so excited I have my figure back and such a lovely belly button. I would always recommend him and the team to anyone considering surgery. He was very professional and personable, and really made me feel comfortable through this process. I was able to be seen whenever I needed and was assigned an A&E consultant that followed my case all throughout. Everything throughout this process was impeccable. I could not have asked for more. Excellent service from the minute I booked, on site for the appointment and afterward. The practitioner was very reassuring and calm, explained all of her steps and I felt in good hands. I highly recommend this clinic.
