These will sometimes include an audio recording for self-hypnosis and reinforcement of the sessions at home.Pure Hypnoanalysis This is similar to traditional therapy or analysis. However, with the use of hypnosis, the time required for this therapy to be beneficial is usually between only six to twelve sessions, (one hour per session, once a week). Each one hour Analytical Hypnotherapy session is charged at €80.00 per session (on average normally takes between 6-12 sessions) Each one hour THRIVE Training session (does not involve Hypnotherapy as it is a cognitive psychological training programme) is charged at €80.00 per session plus €25.00 for THRIVE manual (on average normally takes between 6-7 sessions) Private one-to-one Smoking Cessation programme is normally charged at €300.00.
