About Jubilee Medical Centre We are an NHS clinic only. The Jubliee Medical Centre, located in Croxteth, Liverpool, began as a surgical practice that was established in 1954 by Dr. Donnelly and Dr. Jennings. The centre moved to a new facility in 1995 and remains there today. The doctors surgeons, nurses and healthcare assistants on staff provide a range of medical services including blood tests and pressure checks, vaccinations, women’s health, well baby, counselling, family planning and minor surgery.
