Very nice doctor and nurse. Pleasant environment. All right. I was very satisfied.

Professionally equipped doctor's office. It's a shame that almost no one stays there. Contraception had to be prescribed by a general practitioner, as I could not even call and no one could during a personal visit on different days and hours. I changed doctors.

I was here with my partner and it was perfect, she was satisfied :)

Shooting the earrings of our almost 4-month-old princess went absolutely great. Both the doctor and the nurse were nice, pleasant, and skilled. Before shooting, we could choose from a wide range of earrings. The whole event took place within a few minutes. The little one only cried for a while, and that was more the shock when the nail gun went off, as the nurse said. She nailed it. We also received a manual on how to care for the ears. I was with the associate professor in 2016 when I was expecting my first child and everything was fine and we left satisfied. Second pregnancy now, I was apprehensive after reading the reviews, but again wonderful approach. I am satisfied and I definitely recommend it. Pleasant environment and everyone's approach.... Pleasant nurses, doctor, and doctor. Nice environment.

After several negative reviews here, I was a bit uneasy when my doctor gave me a request to see the associate professor. Today I completed the first trimester screening and I must say that I was really stressed unnecessarily... From the nurse at the reception, through the nurse at the blood collection to the associate professor, everyone was very nice and kind and there is a friendly atmosphere here, the environment is very nice. I went on time, there were two of us in the waiting room for a while, so everything is going well organizationally. I didn't disturb the associate professor during the examination, because I believe that, like any mortal, she must concentrate on her work (I don't like being bombarded with questions while I'm working either). The truth is that the nurse dictated unfamiliar concepts and numbers to me, but I really take that as part of the examination. At the end of the ultrasound, she summarized the important information for me in layman's terms. I asked for a photo, they printed it without a problem. I should have my blood results this afternoon. The truth is that our little guy is obviously a sleeper and a comfortable person, so the docent shook the probe here and there, but definitely nothing dramatic, as described here... Towards the end, it was pushing a bit, because I'm not a complete skinny person, so it was necessary to push a lot, so that the baby can be seen clearly. But I believe that if I had just mentioned that it was already unbearable, I would certainly have been granted... Really satisfied for me and I will definitely go to Fetmed again for the second screening!... (Show more)

I would like to write that it was our second baby, so I wasn't so upset anymore and I didn't care more or less how sensitive the staff would treat me. It must be said that the nurses were very nice and the environment is beautiful, there is good parking nearby, the equipment is sufficient. But the chaos was terrible. The first screening went badly, so we had both a chorionic villus sampling (contaminated, so it couldn't be used), and later an amniotic fluid sampling. I was given a different examination than the one we agreed on, they reordered me once so that they didn't notice that they had reordered me, and if I didn't remember, they wouldn't do the sampling at all. Due to the confusion, we were in a terrible time crunch and for a long time we did not know whether the baby would be healthy or not. The e-mail messages were also confusing, the doctor probably had too much to do. I remember how I cried the whole Christmas just because we just kept waiting and waiting and not knowing, and all we had to do was ditch the whole Fetmed and go somewhere else. We didn't really have such problems with our first child and all the screenings went smoothly. Update: So we had a daughter with a congenital heart defect, which genetic testing should reveal. I remember on the ultrasound it said something like: the little heart can't be seen very well...but the news says that our heart is healthy. In the maternity ward, everyone asked us if we had been tested for genetics and why they hadn't told us. So: We were on genetics. We have a very nice photo of the baby in the belly. So I recommend it as a photography service, but from a professional point of view I wouldn't rely too much on Fetmed.... (Show more)

Satisfaction with the second visit to the associate professor. I don't understand the negative reviews (quite pointless). Professional and normal approach.

Today we completed the 1st trim screening here and we were very satisfied. I was a little worried after the not-so-positive reviews, but we were even more surprised and satisfied. The nurses were both very pleasant, they explained everything, they were kind and smiling. Likewise, the associate professor. We didn't have a single problem. My friend was with me the whole time, the associate professor explained everything to us, she answered questions without any problems, and we even laughed together. It was just that the guy was squealing all the time and we couldn't talk him out, even if we tried. However, we only take away good memories and a souvenir photo from the screening :) We definitely recommend it. Forget the reviews and try it yourself :)... (Show more)

After the majority of positive reviews, we decided on this genetic counseling. Excited as fleas, we went there. So the nurse at the reception was pleasant, I have to admit that. After being invited to come in, I was very confused as to who was who. No one introduced themselves, apparently the nurse took my blood (she was also pleasant), but after that I had to go lie down on the couch. I lay down, waiting with my future father for the doctor to attend to us. The doctor dictated some professional information to the nurse for us, the ignorant. And still fulfill the expectation that he will show us and explain what we are seeing on the screen right now, and he will have a layman's conversation with us for a while, we waited. Well, nothing. I should have wiped myself. The nurse just told me when to expect the results. I turned around at the door to see if they would print my photo. So yeah. Well, that was all... Bye. Pay 1600 CZK and pull. What was it like? The worst thing was that I had another visit date in the papers and I went ♀️ 🤦. I thought that not everyone can be in a good mood every day. I was wrong. The exact same thing happened over and over again. If I didn't ask about my heart, he wouldn't even let me listen to him. I was attracted by the 3D photo. And you know what? I went there😂 after 3. I didn't understand why they make 3D photos from 27tt, when everywhere they do from 24tt. Well, I have one photo of the header at home, that's all. I know, no one forced me to go there either after the 2nd or the 3rd. I just want to point out that we didn't learn anything at all and instead of experiencing something unique from a large quality ultrasound, we had mixed feelings and left disappointed. So as far as the Doctor is concerned, a total measured approach, nothing exceptional. It's our first baby and I wanted unique memories. A total disappointment. The doctor is probably suffering from burnout. But if the nurses can get over themselves, so could Mrs. Doctor.... (Show more)

Professional and sensitive approach of the staff. Cash payments. However, I will not go to the associate professor again. During the first trimester screening, she did not guess the gender of the baby correctly. I know that it is always estimated at about 90%, but after so many years of experience, I would still expect a better eye. In addition, there was another "misunderstanding" that definitely ended our trust.... (Show more)

We carry very negative feelings. When we arrived at the doctor's office, the doctor didn't even bother to introduce herself. During the ultrasound examination, she calmly took her personal call and did not say a word to us about the examination itself. We received a photo of the fetus that was very blurry, even though the fetus was clearly visible several times, when we asked her next question, she dismissed us with the fact that there simply isn't anything better. We didn't learn anything at all, for 1,400 kc I would have expected a significantly better oven and at least some information, the doctor may have this several times every day, but for the rest of us, it's an exceptional day that she ruined perfectly for us. The result is that we had to book elsewhere in order to at least learn something and have a photo as a memory.... (Show more)

A completely unique professional place. Great, sensitive approach of both the nurse and the doctor. He will explain everything, give advice. Excellent, high-end devices and equipment.

Very friendly and professional approach to patients. In addition, they have far more sensitive ultrasound than in Prague in Podolí. I can only recommend.
